Email delivery and SPAM

Source: Hans Vos

When sending email in SAP Business One, default our mailservers are used.
This means that we send email "on behalf of" you and your company domain. If you find that email to one or more of your customers ends up in their spam mailbox, this may be because your customer's email server does not "trust" our email server. One possible solution to this problem is something called SPF.

SPF

To approve our email servers are allowed to sent email "on behalf" of your domain, you must add our mail servers to your SPF record.

Example of a SPF record:

"v = spf1 mx a include: spf.cloudloginportal.com ~ all"

Note:  if you already have a SPF record in place, just include our spf-entry.
